"Waterer slides booked in advance may require a non-refund deposit that can be used as a party credit for rescheduling or making a new reservation within one year. Only used for water slides. Delivery Fee may also apply depending on your Zip Code Area. If you have a waterslide out on rental and is raining keep in mind is a wet unit and kids can still get wet, as long as weather permits. Once waterslide or any unit is set up their is no refund. We ask to keep a look at your local weather app to make sure weather will meet your requirement to continue with rental.
If rental unit was not used there is no refund.
All bundles, and party rentals are charged a Tax Rate. Delivery Fee is Applied according to your Zip Code. Credit Card and Debit Cards are Required to show a Valid Id, a matching delivery address and signature of card holder. Credit and Debit Cards are applied a 3.5% fee transaction. If you cancel event Credit Card Transaction fee is not refunded. Deposit made is none refundable unless cancelation is because a severe weather is canceling event. Deposit can stay and use for a future date.
